Super Star Rajinikanth to play Kamal Haasans role in Rana

Rajinikanth recent blockbuster hit Enthiran was followed by the news of Superstar lining up with 3  mega offerings and talks that  will see director Shankar andRajini joining in for another one under the Red Giant Banner.

Well Kamal Haasan was proud with his flick Manmadhan Ambu being received well by fans but the fact remains it was nowhere close to the impact created by the Superstar flick. Star actor Madhavan himself accepted the fact openly when he said “Manmadhan Ambu was no Endhiran”.

The  as we hear the latest news from Kamal camp is that he will be joining Selvaraghavan who for this new project from April  and Yuvan Shankar Raja would be  composing the scores.

We also hear that Kamal has a special role to play, no it’s  not in one of his own movies but the Rajinikanth film Rana. It is said that Kamal and director KS Ravikumar created a list of 13 avatars for Kamal in his sci-fi flick Dasavathaaram ofwhich 3 were kept away for reasons best known to the Director and Kamal. Now KSR has decided to give those 3 roles toRajini as he will be appearing in a triple role.
