The 3 Rascals now Nanban

It’s neither 3 Rascals, nor Moovar nor Khilladi. Shankar’s next movie is titled Nanban. And is now looking forward to direct Vijay and Ileana the lead pair in Nanban after Surya and Shankar decided to part ways, after high end demands.

Also it is officially confirmed that Jeeva will be essaying  Sharman Joshi’s role in the original and Srikanth would play Madhavan’s role.  Director-actor S.J.Suryah has been roped in to play an important role ‘Chatur Ramalingam or “The Silencer”, played by Omi Vaidya in the original.  There are also some other new names as part of the crew includingAnuya and Ajay Rathinam who will be also facing the camera in small roles.

Produced by Gemini film Circuit, the movie will have Manoj Paramahamsa handling cinematography and the music department handled by Harris Jayaraj who has already completed one song.

Vijay will join the team as of now on February 7^th,  but there could be  slight change in schedules as the actor is also busy with Velauyutham and expected to join in full pack the latest by February 25^th.

Shankar is currently busy with the shoots in Ooty with Jeeva,Ileana,Srikanth for Nanban a movie and portions involvingVijay would be shot during later schedules.
