Kaavalan was a mega success for the lead pair Asin and Vijaybut there was something special about the role of Madhu which was played by Mithra Kurian. The young lady hails fromPerambavoor,Kerala and she also portrayed the same role in the original Malayalam flick Bodyguard, thanks to her godfatherSiddique who provided her with a real break.

Now we are told that Mithra (her real name is Dalma Kurian ) is a relative of glamour doll Nayantara (Diana Kurian).With a promising performance in Kaavalan things are looking bright for Mithra as she has Kandha a Tamil Film and London Dreams a Malayalam movie already in her kitty.
