Divya Spandana’s new neck tattoo reveals her lover’s name

Divya Spandanas Tattoo
Actress Divya Spandana (she doesn’t want to be named as ‘Kuthu’ Ramya) is a very happy girl nowadays. The ‘ban’ imposed on her by the Kannada Film Producers’ Council more than a month ago was revoked in no time and she is said to be doing fine both on the personal as well as the professional fronts.
Divya and controversies go hand in hand as it’s the price she has had to pay for being forthright and outspoken. Some time back, press reports linked Divya to a Swiss national named Raphael and said that they are going ‘steady’ as a pair. The reports further said that Divya was keeping the affair under wraps even as she is spotted frequently in many foreign countries in the company of Raphael.
Everything came to the open recently when Divya watched one of the just-concluded IPL matches sitting in the gallery alongside Raphel. The fact that she has Raphel’s name tattooed on the back of her neck also came to light on the occasion.
Commenting about her tattoo, a confident-looking Divya said, “It’s true that I have got Raphel’s name tattooed on the back of my neck. The name has been tattooed in Hebrew, which is one of the oldest known languages to mankind. The name Raphel means ‘holy’ and when Raphel came to know about the tattoo on the neck, he felt very moved indeed!”

Vijay's next movie?

Seeman's Pagalavan dropped
Ilayathalapathy Vijay is shooting busy these days as he has been shooting for not one film but for a couple of films simultaneously. Now that he has wrapped up the entire shooting schedule of his upcoming film ‘Velayutham‘ directed by‘Jayam’ Raja with the dubbing portion remaining to be taken care of, Vijay has moved ahead to the fourth (and last?) schedule of his next film ‘Nanban‘. The film, directed by Shankar, is the remake of the Bollywood super-hit film ’3 Idiots’.
The shooting of ‘Nanban’ is likely to be completed by September but the producer, Gemini Labs, is said to be planning to release the film on Deepavali eve. Meanwhile, efforts are on to release his ‘Velayutham’, produced by Ascar Films, in the fourth week of July. As ‘Nanban’ is likely to release on Deepavali, Vijay’s Seeman-directed ‘Pagalavan’ might be released on Pongal next year, it is said.
Though producer Thaanu and Vijay were planning to start work on ‘Pagalavan’ soon, Vijay is said to be apprehensive whether Seeman would be able to focus all his attention in making the film, now that he has been dragged to court by actress Vijayalakshmi who has accused the former of cheater her in ‘love’ on the premise of marrying her.
Meanwhile, directors Perarasu and Boopathy Pandianreportedly met Vijay on separate occasions during the last leg of the shooting of ‘Velayudham’ and narrated to him the scripts of their upcoming films. Boopathy, who was to direct Vishal in his next film, was willing to start the project with Vijay if he agreed to his script but Vijay reportedly opted for Perarasu’s script.
As Vijay has sounded Perarasu to be ‘ready’ to start work at any time, the latter has already started telling his friends and others in Kollywood that he would be directing Vijay’s next film. As such, it is said that it is more likely that Vijay might opt out of ‘Pagalavan’ for the time being!

Rajini to be discharged from the hospital tomorrow

Rajinikanth discharges tomorrow
Great news for superstar Rajinikanth’s fans all over the globe as the ailing star is likely to be discharged from the hospital tomorrow. Rajini was admitted to the Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore, said to be the best in Asia to treat kidney-related ailments, more than a fortnight ago after spending two stints at a couple of hospitals in Chennai.
The news about the discharge was confirmed Rajini’s son-in-law and actor Dhanush, who is present with the superstar in Singapore. Dhanush, his wife Aishwarya, two sons,Soundarya Rajinikanth and Latha Rajinikanth are presently staying at a service apartment situated close to the premises of the Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
As Dhanush continues to stay in Singapore, the audio-launch of his upcoming film ‘Venghai’ was held in the city yesterday in his absence. The function, which was planned to be a grand affair, was later held in a simple manner. Reports say that Rajini spoke to director K.S. Ravikumar, the director of his upcoming film ‘Rana’, over phone for close to 30 minutes.
Ravikumar couldn’t be contacted as he was busy with the elections to elect office-bearers of the Directors’ Association. Confirming Rajini’s tele-chat with Ravikumar, Dhanush said that it’s highly likely that the shooting of Rana would be re-started in London in late August. Meanwhile, Ravikumar is said to have told all the artistes and technicians of ‘Rana’ that they are free to commit themselves to other films as it would take ‘some more time’ to re-start the shooting schedule of ‘Rana’.

Director Seeman cheated on me and refuses to marry:Vijayalakshmi

Vijayalakshmi Seeman
Remember actress Vijayalakshmi, who played the lady love of Surya and Vijay’s sister in Friends and recently appeared as Nayanthara’s sister in Boss Engira Baskaran, has lodged a complaint against Director and ‘Naam Thamizhar’ political outfit founder Seeman, for making false promises that he would marry her.
The actress filed the complaint at the Chennai city Police Commissioner’s office on Wednesday afternoon. Her complaint had a 4 page draft typed out in English, charging allegations against Seeman, as he had refused to marry, who is said to have been in intimate relationship for the past few years.
As per police sources: “Vijayalakshmi and Seeman met each other during the shooting of Vaazthugal film directed by Seeman. They have been having a close relationship for the past three years. Since he refused to marry her and obviously ditched her, Vijayalakshmi has now approached the police to take legal action against Seeman”.
The complaint was immediately forwarded to T Nagar deputy commissioner of police S Thirunavukarasu for further investigation. Based on the complaint, police personnel summoned Vijayalakshmi for questioning. She has asked police officials to conduct the inquiry discreetly to avoid media publicity.
“She will probably be asked to appear before the T Nagar deputy commissioner of police to give a detailed statement about the sequence of incidents. We will ask her to show relevant documents and photographs to confirm her relationship with Seeman. We will then interrogate Seeman,” a police officer said.
However, circles close to Seeman have denied allegations made against him by actress Vijayalakshmi that he had refused to marry her after maintaining relationship.
“Vijayalakshmi had met Seeman only once seeking his help for her sister’s divorce. Seeman told me to help her in this regard. Apart from that, there is nothing between the director and the actress. This is an attempt to tarnish his image. He will prove that the allegations were false.” Seeman’s advocate Chandrasekaran said.
The advocate also said that Seeman is planning to marry a Sri Lankan Tamil who was affected during the internal strife in that country and preparations are going on.

Seeman to go to court against Vijayalakshmi
Sources close to the director maintained that the charges made by Vijayalakshmi that Seemanhad ditched after a promise to marry her were false, concocted and motivated. 'There is not even an iota of truth in it,' they said.
On Wednesday, actress Vijayalakshmi of Friends and Boss Engira Baskaran fame came to theChennai city Police Commissioner’s office and submitted a petition against Seeman.
Her four-page complaint drafted in English said that the popular filmmaker had refused to marry her after maintaining 'relationship' with her for the past few years.
Refuting the claims of VijayalakshmiSeeman's counsel Tada N Chandrasekharan said, 'Seemanhad once sent the actress to me for a legal consultation. After that there there was no contact between Seeman and Vijayalakshmi.'
