Vijay's next movie?

Seeman's Pagalavan dropped
Ilayathalapathy Vijay is shooting busy these days as he has been shooting for not one film but for a couple of films simultaneously. Now that he has wrapped up the entire shooting schedule of his upcoming film ‘Velayutham‘ directed by‘Jayam’ Raja with the dubbing portion remaining to be taken care of, Vijay has moved ahead to the fourth (and last?) schedule of his next film ‘Nanban‘. The film, directed by Shankar, is the remake of the Bollywood super-hit film ’3 Idiots’.
The shooting of ‘Nanban’ is likely to be completed by September but the producer, Gemini Labs, is said to be planning to release the film on Deepavali eve. Meanwhile, efforts are on to release his ‘Velayutham’, produced by Ascar Films, in the fourth week of July. As ‘Nanban’ is likely to release on Deepavali, Vijay’s Seeman-directed ‘Pagalavan’ might be released on Pongal next year, it is said.
Though producer Thaanu and Vijay were planning to start work on ‘Pagalavan’ soon, Vijay is said to be apprehensive whether Seeman would be able to focus all his attention in making the film, now that he has been dragged to court by actress Vijayalakshmi who has accused the former of cheater her in ‘love’ on the premise of marrying her.
Meanwhile, directors Perarasu and Boopathy Pandianreportedly met Vijay on separate occasions during the last leg of the shooting of ‘Velayudham’ and narrated to him the scripts of their upcoming films. Boopathy, who was to direct Vishal in his next film, was willing to start the project with Vijay if he agreed to his script but Vijay reportedly opted for Perarasu’s script.
As Vijay has sounded Perarasu to be ‘ready’ to start work at any time, the latter has already started telling his friends and others in Kollywood that he would be directing Vijay’s next film. As such, it is said that it is more likely that Vijay might opt out of ‘Pagalavan’ for the time being!
