Karthi reports Siruthai DVD piracy to Chennai Commissioner

Actor Karthi met the Chennai city police commissioner along with Siruthai producer Gnanvelraja on Wednesday (19th Jan 2011) reporting DVD piracy issues related with his pongal release ‘Siruthai’.
Speaking to the media soon after the meeting, Karthi said that he thanked the Commissioner for taking steps to curb piracy. The actor appealed to all the movie buffs to see the film in theatres.
Karthi also added that police have played a pivotal role in ensuring that the film does not reach the pubic through pirated CDs and urged the people to cooperate.
