Anushka Shetty who enthralled the audiences with her performance in‘Arundathi’ is now focusing on heroine-centric films. Reportedly she will be acting in a historic movie which will be based on the life of Rani Rudrama Devi. The Director Gunasekhar will be a part of the movie.Well after the mega flop of ‘Varudu’ at box-office he is trying hard to prove himself with this one.
The film is said to be made with a staggering budget of 40 crores and expected to release bilingually in Telugu and Tamil.
Right now Anushka is busy with Nagarjuna’s film titled Dhamarukamdirected by Srinivas Reddy and the Tamil Remake of Vedam directed byKrish.
We wait for the official announcements to be made and hope she sizzles in her new avatar as the Rani.
