Jyothika praises Karthi

Karthi was overwhelmed with Jyothika's comments

Karthi’s recent release Siruthai is doing reasonably well at the box-office. The movie also gave a new dimension to his career as he played a double role for the first time. Now apart from receiving applauds from fans he has found a special fan for himself, none other than sister in law Jyothika.

When we inquired Karthi he told us, “Anni promised me long back she would catch the movie first day itself as I am playing the police officer and as promised she did catch the movie first day itself.”

Jyothika really enjoyed the flick and she congratulated him by sending SMS’s praising Karthi’s act even before the show had finished. Karthi further added, “I really felt overwhelmed.”

When we questioned him about pairing up with brother Surya he was quick with his reply, “I don’t think that would happen in the near future as Surya has schedules packed for the coming 2 years and there are many other reasons too.”
