Dayanithi Alagiri Marriage
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi are likely to skip Union fertilizers minister M K Azhagiri’s son’s wedding, the reason being the 2G spectrum scene that resulted in DMK Minister A Raja’s resignation as Telecom Minister in Madurai while Home Minister P Chidambaram and Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee will be present to grace the occasion.
The reception was held yesterday with renowned lyricist and musician Gangai Amaran ( Ilaiyaraaja‘s brother) inaugurating the function and his orchestra giving a performance that lasted over three hours , followed by a luscious dinner with a pool of dishes being offered to the guests.
The much awaited wedding of producer Dhayanidhi Azhagiri (Cloud Nine Movies) with Chennai lawyer PS Seetharaman’s daughter Anusha will take place today in the Temple City of Madurai in Tamukkam Grounds in the heart of the city at 9.30 am (November 18th, 2010).
The wedding will see the presence of the elite class from Indian cinema along with eminent politicians who have been invited by none other than grandfather and the Tamil Nadu CM M Karunanidhi.
