Hari receives death threat

Director Hari filed a complaint with the Chennai Police lately as he received an anonymous threat call.
According to the complaint filed with the Virugambakkam Police Station, Chennai the director received a call on his landline number at his house on Thursday night precisely.
Hari later confirmed that his brother Karvannan received a phone call threatening to murder him. Fearing for his brother’s life, Karvannan immediately reported at the Virugambakkam police station on behalf of Hari and since then the police claim they have been busy investigating on the case.
He was surprised to find out through media reports that the caller had mentioned Vanitha’s name during the death threat and clarified in the complaint that Vanitha’s name was never mentioned by the caller.
Vanitha Vijayakumar is the sister of Hari’s wife Preetha.
