Rajinis Endhiran, Muthu part of IIM Curriculum
After amusing a generation of fans with his trademark antics – somersaulting cigarette and a pair of shades tricks, Super Star Rajinikanth who holds the record of holding on to the No 1 status for the longest period in tamil cinema, with his latest block-buster hit ‘Endhiran’, defied all the normal laws and emerged as a global phenomenon icon.
Buzz is that IIM (Indian Institute of Management) in Ahmedabad is all set to introduce Endhiran into their new syllabus. The nerds will now be studying Rajnikanth as an elective study in business analysis titled as ‘Contemporary Film Industry: A Business Perspective’.
While the Post Graduate students of the IIM will study cinema from a business point of view in regard to Endhiran’s marketing and the reason for its commercial success.
Rajini’s another hit ‘Muthu’ which is a commercial hit in both India and Japan (which was also titled as ‘Muthu Odoru Maharaja’) will also be a part of the subjects.
